Equally important to long-term missionaries are short-term missionaries, support structures and missions mobilizers, so opportunities on the homefront are both rewarding and exciting. We are pioneering a new YWAM ministry which focuses on planting new ministries in the Seven Strategic Initiative Regions of the world—each of which have significant global impact. We also mobilize the Body of Christ to send new missionaries of all types, skills, and ages into these seven regions—with a special focus on raising up the Hero Generation—connecting them with the wisdom and experience of the elder generations to empower them to rise to their fullest potential in Christ. We train these new missionaries and give them the critical tools necessary to be effective out on the field in these seven strategic fields, or to work with us at our bases in the Rocky Mountains and in Birmingham, Alabama to recruit, train, and send other Hero Generation missionaries out to the field. We also train mature and experienced leaders in YWAM, other ministries, and from the local church in the principles of Global Strategic Thinking.

Come and join us as we work to plant churches that will disciple nations and bring Christ’s transformation to these Seven Strategic Initiative Regions of the world which have the highest priority in this season of spiritual history. We are building six divisions in our YWAM ministry community to serve Christ’s vision for the lost in these seven most-needy regions of the world and we need staff for all of them! Come and we will make sure you get the training you need to be part of our team and the greater missions movement.

YWAM is a faith-based organization where no position is paid, all staff must raise their own support from their local church, friends and family. We provide training and resources on support raising in our DTS program. Ministry locations currently include Colorado Springs, CO and Birmingham, AL.
